Villas at Scenic River
A 55+ community located in Bakersfield, California. This renovation included updating the Clubhouse and Pool areas. The clubhouse was already a highly utilized space for residents, with an active library, card games being dealt in the main room and frequent potlucks and BBQs. Enhancing the clubhouse to serve the community at Villas at Scenic River was the driving concept for this project.
